THIS IS AN EMAIL FROM A MEMBER

I love the self parenting stuff-it's been a great way to both heal and begin
to discover my creativity.  It has also been great to read some of the
suggested works like parent effectiveness training.  I don't have kids right
    now-but I wonder-has anyone reported, even anecdotally-that doing the
self-parenting practice has naturally improved or opened their capacity to
parent their own children?  It seems to me that this would be one way to help
outer parents improve their outer parenting over the long run.

    Thanks,

The answer here of course, is yes, universally reported. Not only OP/OC but BG/GF, H/W, relationships. So, I invite anyone who has personally experienced this for themselves to post a more personal version of this well-known phenomena.
